Precisely because every challenge is individual, our catalog of methods is also tailored to the respective circumstances. There is no standard model. One challenge can be tackled with mediation, the other requires a combination of several approaches. We typically use elements from the following methods.

Mediation

As independent and, as far as possible, neutral mediators, we support conflicting parties in finding a joint and sustainable solution to the conflict.

Intercultural communication

We support people from different cultures in exchanging information, achieving common goals or dealing with conflicts by taking cultural differences in language, values and behavior into account.

Change Management

We support change processes in families, teams and companies with the aim of seeing the challenge as an opportunity and developing a sustainable, stable situation from the change.

Organization management

We design or support the development or optimization of organizations and institutions in the areas of planning, management, resources and processes.

Project management

We plan and manage projects, preferably in the above-mentioned areas, but also in completely different contexts.
