About us

We take care of your challenge or problem, be it in a private/personal or professional/business context. We do this within the framework of short assignments, project-based or longer-term mandates, in the form of moderation, support, concepts or even entire projects.

We use methods such as mediation, intercultural communication, organizational management and, of course, project management. We do this to varying degrees depending on the mandate or project.

In keeping with the principle of «small but mighty», we do without extensive, constant staffing. Instead, we put together the right team for each mandate and thus also respond in terms of the skills required to meet the respective client’s needs.

We also do without prestigious offices – we work where it suits us. Project-related time and location availabilities are negotiable.
